Before you book

Your reservation stays pending until the required booking, driver, coverage and approval steps are complete. Signing and payment do not release the keys. Bring your physical valid license; only approved drivers may drive.

Review the complete price, separate refundable deposit, included miles, fuel requirements, cancellation terms and permitted use before payment. Your signed agreement includes your specific vehicle, dates, accepted fee schedule and relevant addenda. You can save or print it in the Guest Portal.

Pickup condition records and arrival verification happen separately. Report concerns before driving. Return the car, keys and equipment as instructed, record mileage and fuel, and remove paired devices and personal infotainment data.
